Malerba cultivates grapes of indigenous varieties in their old vineyards in the heart of Tuscany and in the cellar they employ an innovative process focused on extremely long maceration that can last up to 7 months, without sulfites or other ingredients. This artisanal yet extremely innovative production approach allows great freedom of expression to the grapes, a freedom that necessarily reflects on the wines aiming to reach the deepest essence of the grapes, the memory of the fruit. 🌿🍇 Memories that begin with the life of the plant, then pass through Marco and Filippo as caretakers, who have nurtured it in the vineyard and preserved it in the cellar, and finally resurface in their only 8.000 bottles/year after long maturation. 🌱✨
