The 2023 edition of the First Level of the Professional Sommelier Course starts. The program covers advanced tasting techniques and food pairing. In Italian only. Enrolment until 5th September.

About the event
The course includes 14 lessons, grouped into 6 meetings. Written and oral exams are planned for the second week of January 2024.
