About the event

If you want to certify your prefessional knowledge or if you just want to expand your know-how about Wine and its world, this professional course fits or you.

Becoming a professional is a long way that needs solid foundations, proper jargon, oenography and oenology basis  and the right vocabulary.

In more than 50 years or experience and with more than 40000 members across the world, the Italian Sommelier Association offers a well-known and official training in both Italian and English and covers 14 lessons on wine and food pairing!

The training is split in three levels (14 lessons per level with more than 90 bottles) and we start in March with the First one: tasting techniques, sommelier duties and role, oenology and viticulture. Each level is separate and has a validity of 5 years, so you can proceed to the next level at your own pace. Remote attendance is allowed (wine not included) upon request.

Enrollment to the First Level open until 5th February. Cost: 900€ - inclding wine,  supporting material and books.

*The training will be delivered, in Italian or English,  if the class reaches 25 students. You are required to choose a language preference between Italian, English or both.
